Refund policy
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your item. For a standard return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Standard catalog rugs, including digitally printed designs, follow this policy unless an exception below applies.
How to Start a Return
Email home@icearmorhome.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back. If the return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. We pay the return shipping cost for approved returns. Please use the label and instructions we provide.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact home@icearmorhome.com promptly with your order number and photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid label.
Exceptions
Gift cards, sale items, and products personalized to a customer’s specifications are final sale, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. A standard catalog rug is not considered personalized solely because its printed design is produced for an order.
Exchanges
For a different size or design, request a return for the eligible item and place a separate order. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact home@icearmorhome.com.
